CSI’s metrology department is equipped with a Faro Quantum Max system, enhanced with an XP Laser Line Probe (LLP), providing high-precision 3D measurement and inspection for complex components and assemblies. This advanced system can capture tens of millions of data points during each measurement, ensuring highly accurate and detailed verification of part geometry, surface features, and tolerances.

In addition to laser scanning, we offer comprehensive traditional layout capabilities, allowing precise manual inspection and dimensional control for parts of all sizes. Our measurements adhere strictly to GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5 / ISO GPS), guaranteeing compliance with engineering specifications and industry requirements.

With these capabilities, CSI ensures complete quality assurance from prototype to production, helping customers maintain consistency, accuracy, and confidence in their manufactured parts.
